II.Shared use

Information we collect will be shared when we and business partners. In order to accomplish purposes herein to the extent necessary, In addition, when we start to share, we notify the user of the followings: items of personal information shared, the extent to share, purpose of share, the name of the person in charge of personal information, the way of collection. We do not share specific personal information to observe the related laws.

Upon personal information, we accept requests (hereinafter “Disclosure and others”) for: Disclosure to its owner; Notification of purposes of use; Correction if collected personal information was factually inaccurate; Cease of its use; Cease of provision to a third party. This will be done to the extent that Personal Information Protection Act and Act on the Use of Numbers to Identify a Specific Individual in Administrative Procedures (hereinafter “Number Act”) applies. Please note that we charge 2,500 yen for a request for disclosure and notification of purposes of use.

1. Personal information intended for Disclosure and others

Personal information intended for Disclosure and others is limited to our “Retained Personal Data”, which we can disclose, correct, append, delete, cease using of, erase or provide to a third party. If a piece of information comes under any of the conditions from a to b below, it isn’t considered as “Retained Personal Data”. Please not that requests for Disclosure or others may not be accommodated according to “Personal Information Protection Act”, “Number Act”, other laws, or guidelines.
a. If there is a risk that disclosure will harm the life, body or assets of the person concerned or a third party.
b. If there is a risk that disclosure will encourage or induce crimes or illegal activities.
c. If there is a risk that disclosure will risk national security, break trust for other countries or international organizations or sustain a disadvantage in a negotiation with other countries or international organizations.
d. If there is a risk that disclosure will hinder prevention of crimes, suppression of crimes, criminal investigation, or other public safety and maintenance of public order.

2. Procedure for Disclosure and othersa.

b. Send the person concerned or his proxy one of our application forms: “Request for notification or disclosure of purposes of using personal information”, “Request for correction of personal information”, “Request for cease of using personal information” or “Letter of Proxy”.
c. Fill the document mentioned above, and send it back to us along with identification of the person concerned.
d. Upon request for Disclosure and others, we notify you by “Notification of disclosure of personal information”.
e. Please note that, as described herein before, the laws or other rules may restrict us from responding with requests for Disclosure and others.

3. Identificationa.

Identification of the person concerned
– A copy of driver’s license.
– A copy of passport.
– A full copy of family register.
– A copy of insurance card.
– A copy of pension handbook.
– Other public documents which identifies the person concerned.
b. About the person concerned.
– Either one of the two documents with a photo is required such as a driver’s license or passport. Otherwise, at least two different types of those document are required.
c. By proxy
– If a proxy or attorney representing an infant or adult ward makes a request, the following extra documents are required:
Identification for a proxy himself. At least two different types of copy of driver license, passport, family register, insurance card or other public documents are required. Otherwise, one of the two documents with a photo such as a driver’s license or passport.
– A document that verifies his right of representation such as a letter of proxy with an official certificate of one’s registered seal impression, a full copy of family register, a copy of insurance card or a certificate of registered information.
If the documents has a domiciliary information, you may black the information out.

To prevent leakage of information, we operate our business appropriately according to laws and our rules, however we shall not bear any responsibility or liability with respect to troubles caused by the fact that a third party obtains personal information or specific personal information in the following cases that: a. A user himself disclosed his personal information, specified personal information or others by means of our company’s or outsourcee’s service or by other means.
b. The data input by another user revealed the identity of the person concerned.
c. Data breach or others was caused by the fact that a user visited website advertised in our sevices.
d. Other accidents happened through no fault of our own.
